They also found things that we didn't know was their. Which was a very good thing.

Thorough, esp if roof and chimneys may be a concern. They use a drone to take great pics of these areas. Overall thorough.

Very thorough

The realtor I was using was not forthcoming about condition of house. Had she been honest I would not have needed to pay extra $150 for mold test. Not inspectors fault but in my case where I am far from property a more honest realtor is necessary.
