I needed a home inspection quickly, and WV Inspection company was there the next day. The inspection was through, every item was explained to me in a professional manner. "Chris" was just super.

The realtor I was using was not forthcoming about condition of house. Had she been honest I would not have needed to pay extra $150 for mold test. Not inspectors fault but in my case where I am far from property a more honest realtor is necessary.

We needed a home inspector asap as our new house was settling very quickly. Larry not only fit us into his busy schedule when we needed the inspection done, he explained what he was going to do and talked us through it when he was done. He was thorough and gave recommendations of how best to go about getting the necessary repairs done, which ones he viewed as most important and which ones could be put off until a later time. I would recommend Larry to anyone needing a home inspection completed.

Thorough, esp if roof and chimneys may be a concern. They use a drone to take great pics of these areas. Overall thorough.
