I was very familiar with this house and had worked on just about every inch of it for the past 40 years. Larry found things that I was not aware of.

They also found things that we didn't know was their. Which was a very good thing.

The realtor I was using was not forthcoming about condition of house. Had she been honest I would not have needed to pay extra $150 for mold test. Not inspectors fault but in my case where I am far from property a more honest realtor is necessary.
