The realtor I was using was not forthcoming about condition of house. Had she been honest I would not have needed to pay extra $150 for mold test. Not inspectors fault but in my case where I am far from property a more honest realtor is necessary.

Larry not only fit us into his busy schedule when we needed the inspection done, he explained what he was going to do and talked us through it when he was done. He was thorough and gave recommendations of how best to go about getting the necessary repairs done, which ones he viewed as most important and which ones could be put off until a later time.
